Zaw Min Oo is a sushi chef from The College of New Jersey. His path lead him from Myanmar to the United States in 2005 through the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, arriving on the 4th of July in 2006. It was in October 2007 that he took his first step as a Hissho Sushi chef, a journey that has spanned 17 remarkable years as a dedicated franchisee.
He says, “I look towards a future where our passion and expertise can shine in a business of our own creation.” Zaw shares his favorite roll to make is the Dynamite roll.
