Sweet Chili Coconut Shrimp Bites
AIR FRY
- 1. Preheat air fryer to 425°F (per manufacturer instructions).
- 2. Remove coconut shrimp from packaging. Discard plastic container.
- 3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on an air fryer-safe tray or basket. Do not overcrowd.
- 4. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher as measured by a food thermometer.
- 5. Carefully remove. Contents will be hot. Allow to cool briefly before serving.
- 6. Serve with zesty sweet chili sauce & enjoy!
OVEN BAKED
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- 2. Place cream cheese rangoons on baking sheet
- 3. Cook at 375°F for 12 minutes to internal temp of 165°F
- 4. Carefully remove baking sheet and allow cream cheese rangoons to cool slightly before serving
- 5. Enjoy!
*Keep refrigerated at or below 41°F until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze after thawing. Cooking times may vary depending on air fryer model, wattage, and quantity prepared.
