Hissho Sushi Named as One of Inc. 5000
For more than 30 years, Inc. magazine has been the authority on entrepreneurship, and is required reading for any growing enterprise; and is now in its fourth year of naming the 5000 fastest-growing private companies. Inc. reports that the recipients this year are evidence of significant accomplishments and a testament to the creativity, resilience, and tenacity of America’s top entrepreneurs.

Hissho Sushi, Inc. has just been named one of the nation’s top entrepreneurial companies for 2010 and has earned the position of 3571 in Inc. 5000 annual ranking. Of special note is that Hissho Sushi is in the Top 100 in the Food & Beverage Companies on theInc. 5000.

Hissho Sushi Passes Third-Party Audit
NSF - Cook & Thurber recently conducted a Food Safety, Quality and Food Defense audit, which Hissho Sushi passed with exemplary scores.  NSF International is known for being best in class when it comes to standards development and risk management for public health and safety.  This certification puts Hissho Sushi in an elite group of approved sushi suppliers.

“We felt so comfortable with our foodservice processes that we invited NSF to our facility to audit us,” boasted Hissho President and CEO Philip Muang.  “We are very serious about our high standards and are proud to be acknowledged by NSF for our efforts.”
